ToolMaster is very user friendly.  What you will see below is a quick overview of how fast and simple it is to useToolMaster. 

 There are many other advanced functions that make the program very powerful and flexible to use.

1. IMPORT PROGRAMS

The first step is to import your CAM programs for each part.

CNC Programs are imported into ToolMaster for first part

 Process is repeated for each subsequent part(s)  The number of parts is unlimited.

 

During import if a tool is not in the ToolMaster database it is highlighted blue and you are asked to add it to the Tool database.

Default parameters are added automatically and can be changed as required.

2.  CREATE TOOL TABLE

 After all programs are imported one click on the CREATE TOOL TABLE button automatically creates the tool table

 You can choose between either new tools for each part or combined tools for all parts as required.

 Type of measuring L/L+R/L+R+R2 is selected

 Temp compensation is selected ON or OFF

 M00 and Auto shut down can be selected as required

3. CREATE DUPLICATE TOOLS

 After tool table has been created, duplicate tools are selected as required and then position in tool changer is selected.

Repeat as necessary.

4. SAVE TOOL TABLE AND START PROG

 After the tool table has been created and duplicate tool selected the Tool Table and start program is saved with one click of a button.

 

5. PROGRAMS ARE SENT TO MACHINE

 With one click of a button all programs are sent to the selected CNC machine and are now ready for CNC machining.

 You can now view and print the Tool Setup List or the Test Program.

6. DISPLAY TEST PROGRAM

 By clicking on the Test Program button the Test program is displayed.

7. DISPLAY TOOL SETUP LIST

 By click on the Tool Setup list button the Tool Setup List is displayed and can be then printed.
